La Roche Posay Lipikar Cleansing Oil Ap+ 1000ml is a nourishing, anti-irritation cleansing oil suitable for atopic skin with a tendency to eczema. Formulated with Niacinamide, an active ingredient that helps to soothe the sensation of itching and restore the skin's lipid barrier. With Shea butter that helps to restore the skin's hydrolipidic film with lipids similar to those of the skin itself. It also contains Aqua Posae Filiformis, an active ingredient that acts on the factors responsible for extreme dryness of the skin and helps to preserve its balance.
