Application:

Apply sunscreen immediately before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after contact with water, perspiration and towel drying.

Shake before use.
Overexposure to the sun poses a serious health risk. Do not expose yourself to the sun for too long, even when applying sunscreen.
